Participants will identify dairy and non-dairy options of calcium-rich foods, and ways to get calcium if they are lactose intolerant.

Participants will identify healthier and less healthy types of milk, based on saturated fat and added sugars.

Participants will identify ways to make their bones and teeth strong, and learn the importance of getting enough vitamin D.
Bone Health: Bone Health Snack (K-2; 3-5)
Participants will prepare and drink a high-calcium snack that supports bone health.
